The London bag...

I was fascinated with this fabric during my usual shopping -for-fabric spree last week.I grab hold about 2 and the half meters of what is left on the bolt

And this morning i manage to cook up  this simple tote,..

Medium size and can fit two baby bolsters when the snap buttons on both sides are released...

And when the buttons are snapped,the bag is reduced in size incredibly small,and voila....

This baby set has now a diaper bag to snuggle into...

Looks equally great hang at the side of the baby swing...as a toy bag perhaps.

A month after the last update

ASSALAMMUALAIKUM..and HEY friends..

I have been a good hardworking old lady for the past month.You will definitely agree with me if you hop over to my other blog here.As for bag making i have really reduced accepting orders due to time constraints.Anyway here are the few bags that i have managed to complete ,mostly simple totes for my usrah friends...super duper quick to make ...

And not forgetting the sew along fling i am sharing with friends on facebook Geng Penjahit Bag which is a bag swap using scraps...great way to utilise all tiny weeny scraps in style...

No matter how busy i am,bag making is a must- do in my work list just to keep me sane.Oh yes!it is sort of therapy for me..

Baby quilt on the go bag in red polka dots

Today i made another baby bag in bright red handles.Wow! it will definitely make heads turn.Its huge ( as always all my bags are ginormous) .It has to be spacious to accomodate a baby quilt,2 bolsters and one pillow..

And another bonus is that it is reversible,lets take a look if the inside is turn on to the outside and vice-versa..

Telekung bag in roses

I spent a quiet weekend sewing this Telekung bag for a good friend.She previously ordered a quite similar one a couple of months ago.You can visit here to view..

Size of bag is 13 inch width x 10 inch height x 6 inch base and side gusset.Fully interfaced with 10 pockets of which 2 are with 7 inches zip.Flap closure are fixed with velcro.Price is RM80..

The house diaper bag

This huge bag is fun to make after a long break from bag making.Completed in a day(that shows how i really miss sewing bags) and i had a great time choosing the fabrics.

Fabrics were provided by customer.This order was a follow up to her first order previously done using fabrics of my choice..

A simple toy bag...

This is a request from a young-mum-to-be for her first newborn baby besides 7 other items...

Fresh roses anybody???

This bag was suppose to be my pasar tani tote bag but it was not meant to be...

When the baby quilt and a pillow got into it....they were meant for each other.

A great travelling companion....

A request from a diehard traveller,who spends her time jet/bus/tram hopping...I now present you our newest product...Travelling Tote Bag....

Fleece material for the front,english cotton for the borders..

On the bag side....the bag is sewn separately and attached to the ready quilt

And on the other side...All purpose quilt...prayer mat,baby changing mat,lap quilt;the option is endless.

After folding the quilt it snug nicely into the attached bag.Could even fit a neck cusion..or a baby size pillow

A nice size to shoulder around...a small zippered pocket on the front could do more justce to this tote..

In my attempt to utilzed fully what is left of  the house theme fabric remnants, i have made this bag a little bigger than what was requested..

Size of bag: 13.5 inch at the widest,11inch height,7 inch gusset and 13 inch top zip closure..,4 exterior pockets and 1 interior pocket with zip..,double handles are 17 inch in length..Bag is fully interfaced.Price is RM55..

Size really matters

This bag is really big.The measurement is:28 inches at the widest.,12 inches in height,8.5 inches side gusset.24 inches top zip and 33 inches handles.It is also quilted on the outside and fully interfaced in the interior .All 11 pockets are lined too with interfacing...About 2.5 yards of material were taken up..
